SLS Dubai is a 75-storey tower in Downtown Dubai, on Marasi Drive.
With a hotel, hotel apartments and residences, it shows that one building can hold several types of ownership.

What we know about the building
The National reported in 2021 that the Sky Lobby is on the 71st floor, with two infinity pools on the top floor. Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall are a few minutes away by car.
What to ask
- Is it a hotel apartment or a residence?
- Who runs it, and what is the service charge?
- How many days a year can you use it yourself?
- Can you rent it out yourself, or only through the operator?
The contract and the operator hold the answers. Always ask for them in writing before you buy.
