\nCroatia is an increasingly popular investment destination: the geographical proximity of the coast, the ever-expanding motorway network, the ever-better infrastructure, the orderly domestic policy, and, after EU accession, a more popular investment destination for other Mediterranean countries. In three to four years, prices on the Croatian real estate market have almost doubled, although at a slower pace, further growth is expected in the coming years.<\/p>\n

In recent years, there has been a rearrangement in terms of the motivating power of buying a property: formerly Croatia or. people who were tied to the nearby beach somehow bought the investment goal today.<\/p>\n

Consideration should also be given to buying from an investment target: although the growth of prices is slowing down compared to the post-war years; however, in an area popular with tourists, an apartment can be rented from 60 to 80 euros per day (in Croatia approximately 100 tourist days can be expected).<\/p>\n

Since 2000 year-on-year, there has been a growing interest from the Hungarian population for Croatian properties with relatively low maintenance costs. Until now, the almost fully integrated Istria, which has been discovered by foreign, mainly German and Austrian investors, has led to higher prices, but with the construction of the highway, the Dalmatian coastline is becoming more attractive – maybe just a little better to the south of Zadar, like north.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
